Helping you find the way forward

So, if things have gone wrong for you why not seek Sussex counselling to heal damaged or broken relationships, which can be the source of much heartache, low expectations, lack of confidence, and other problems repeated into future relationships. If you would like to spend some time on helping yourself, give yourself the space to relax and discuss your personal issues in a comfortable and secure place.  Sussex counsellors Adrian and Marika are here to teach you how to cope with stress.

When life seems dismal and dark...

If you would like to come to us for local counselling, we can help you.  If events or problems have snowballed so much that you don't know even where to start, it can seem too hard to bear alone.  But if you live in Sussex some help and understanding is not far away.   We don't like to turn people away so there are bursaries available if you have limited means - please call us for more information.

Starting to unpack such things as anxiety, past hurts, abuse and loneliness, can all take their toll of your mental health but experiencing gentle talking therapies like Adrian and Marika's trained counsellors' techniques will begin to help you get these things out in the open.  Stop your problems from taking over by taking a first step. A counselling session is a safe, private place with someone you can trust.

Sussex Counsellors help you cope

Everyone develops their own particular ways of coping.  Some coping mechanisms such as a cheerful 'mask' hiding the emotions can become very elaborate and difficult to maintain.  If you feel that people may never be there to help you or for you to depend on it helps to open up.  You may never get free of these issues without learning to be 'real' with other people, in a safe and confidential setting.  Do give us a call and in complete privacy, we will help you work through your problems to a resolution.

Sussex Counsellors Adrian and Marika are impartial, confidential and non judgemental.

Call us today, or use our contact form for a call back.
