Shipment
All goods that are in stock are shipped at the earliest opportunity. On average, goods arrive between 3-6 working days in the UK after payment is received. European and Overseas deliveries vary according to region but we endeavour to ship goods to you as soon as possible. Goods that are temporarily out-of-stock will be placed on a back order and will be shipped when available. Customers will be notified accordingly. For urgent orders please Contact Us.
How to Order
Online Orders: You can purchase goods online by adding items to your shopping cart. You can edit your order at any time before proceeding to the checkout. We accept payment by Pay pal, Cheque, Postal Order or Credit Card/Debit Card, This method is fast and secure and is highly recommended. Please ensure that the delivery address is the same as the billing address for your credit/debit card.
Telephone Orders: You can place a telephone order on 01273 270 763 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (UK time) If we are unable to take your call please leave your contact name and number, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery
Goods are usually dispatched from our supplier within 48 hours and in the UK in 5 – 7 days
If any item should be out of stock at the time of placing an order, we will contact you with delivery times. Please note that some imported items can take up to 28 days to deliver and we will ship items as quickly as possible!
